Implement ors-amarisoft for lopcomm RU
TODO before merge:
- release slapos.toolbox to remove XXX
- update release note
- lopcomm firmware update (optional). The version in this MR doesn't support SFTP with SSH Key for downloading
- Add lopcomm firmware auto-upgrade
- Add netconf socket and connection check promise
- Add more available parameters for lopcomm RU/ amarisoft
- Add ssh service
