This is a start on making the Theia SR and the Webrunner SR converge:

• change the computer reference in Theia from 'local' to 'slaprunner'
• change the instance and software location in Theia to match Webrunner:
  • ~/srv/slapos/inst -> ~/srv/runner/instance
  • ~/srv/slapos/soft -> ~/srv/runner/software
• keep the project folder in Theia in ~/srv/project
• add a symlink from ~/srv/project to ~/srv/runner/project in Webrunner
