Despite dictionaries are used everywhere for headers management it is known
that in reality it's a bad structure for them.

By RFC header keys can be repeated and it's order matters, so dictionary type
is bad for them, and that's why there is HTTPMessage class.

This change will allow to replace python requests with other libraries to
handle HTTP requests.
