Add needed Data Oepration used in testWendelin and remove entire erp5_wendelin_data which just adds noise to default Wendelin configuration.
This will remove erp5_wendelin_data dependency and as result after installation Wendelin will contain only what is needed.
@klaus , please check. Tests pass locally, waiting for automated ones.
