render_odt_variable is able to render text:variable-set nodes like:
 <text:variable-set text:name="my_title"

or

try to detect if zope-2.8 flavour or not by the existense of parts/zope-2.8 directory, instead of sys.verison_info, because the applience test suite uses system python, not a python built by buildout.

* Fixed argument parsing for entrypoint based zopectl commands.
* Fixed the usage of pstats.Stats() output stream. The Control_Panel/DebugInfo/manage_profile ZMI view was broken in Python 2.5+.

Improved proxification of many forms. Some dialog are
still remaining because there is many copy/paste of
tales expression, so it becomes impossible to share
