Add erp5_ui_test which contains a nice set of all variation of multiple...

Add erp5_ui_test which contains a nice set of all variation of multiple listboxes forms which can be tested for XHTML compatability (i.e. ID collision, report mode, etc..). As this bt5 is used for listbox UI testing it's nice to have it reused.
