  - split _getRawActionInformationList into
    _getActionList and getCacheableActionList
  - clearGetRawActionInformationListCache -> clearGetActionListCache

  RawActionInformation -> CacheableAction
* Update interface for actions.
* Very small optimization in CacheableAction.
* Remove awful ActionInformation.getActionType now that the result is cached.
* Remove obsolete/unused code.
* Fix interaction workflow to clear cache.
