Incompatibilities fixed:
  * python-hint.js was removed in favor of hintWords functionality (TODO for ERP5).
  * diff_match_patch is not shipped with CodeMirror anymore.
  * lint addon API change.

erp5_upgrader: Use erp5_full_text_myisam_catalog instead of erp5_full_text_mroonga_catalog because erp5_full_text_mroonga_catalog will be the default
