bt5_config: Udpate erp5_full_text_mroonga_catalog by removing catalog path and update bt5list explicitly

bt5_config: Update _bootstrap for portal_types and portal_property_sheets to use bootstrap_bm instead of Business Template(s)

bt5_config: Update bootstrap_bm to use Business Manager for bootstrapping portal_types and portal_properties

This is important as we need this BT during creating new erp5-site and
we are only able to look for it in the bootstrap directory if we use
the function getBootstrapBusinessTemplateUrl from ERP5Site.

Installing all BM(s) together does disturb the dependency. It should
be only done after we have successfully applied layers and transferred
all BM to new format.
