Add cffi-setuptools-pyproject.toml-license-workaround.patch, removing
the PEP 639 license fields from pyproject.toml that are not supported
by the old setuptools used in SlapOS, and wire it in buildout.cfg.

Drop the duplicate cffi pin from stack/wendelin/zope-versions.cfg so
that the version from stack/slapos.cfg applies.
