Options

ZSQLCatalog: Drop support for "reserved" path. 

ZSQLCatalog now requires having portal_ids.
Keep support for clearing existing ones.

Any existing "reserved" row encountered while indexing documents will be
treated as a uid being attributed to more than one path.
