Client is sending Access-Control-Request-Headers, server shall respond with
Access-Control-Allow-Headers.

This allow to propagate destroyed state

It manages the Sale Packing List.

Sale Order creation is now done in an interaction workflow triggered by the
instance state change.

Software/Slave instance workflow state should now be used to get the expected
status.
