* use Resource_viewFieldLibrary instead of BasePdm_fieldLibrary
* on resources, add two supply types (purchase and sale) instead of one
* remove workflow_report, this should be made a global action on all modules
* remove the PortalTypePropertySheetTemplateItem, as it is already defined on the class
