erp5_workflow_test: add test user and its assignment to template_keep_last_workflow_history_only_path.

Workflow.py: check if object type is definded in portal_types, if not, do not execute gerTypeWorkflowList for this object.

WorkflowTool.py: reactivate getWorkflowsFor=getWorkflowValueList; load DCWorkflow chain even if portal type is not in portal_types.

erp5_workflow: change Interaction/Transition/Variable's Properties 'group, permission' type to lines, so does the views of this two fields.

Workflow.py: skip getTypeWorkflow if Type is none. This correction corresponds to the worklist generation.

erp5_web_renderjs_ui: remove erp5_query portal skin and different jquery version again, fix broken apps

It was heavy to calculate initial balance of payable / receivable accounts when there are a lot of third parties used in previous period.
The optimisation is applied when "detailed balance columns" option is not enabled.
