There is no change on the test behavior.

This functional test must follow the documentation, and this part
is not available in the documentation, then it must be removed.

So, we must use the setUp script to create the second person when

Credential_updatePersonPassword is doing the same check, and it is proxied
script.

CredentialUpdate_updatePersonInformation is not proxied script, and accessing
getPassword requires a lot of privileges.
