Fix a issue that BusinessTemplate wrongly removes the sub directory skins of another business template when upgrading. To fix the issue, it is stopped to remove the sub directory when the parent is removing.

simulation_movement.setMappedProperty() does not accept activate_kw (this is why I added simulation_movement.setDefaultActivateParameters() in the previous commit).

Reproduce a issue that BusinessTemplate wrongly removes the skins of another business template when upgrade a business template. In the test, erp5_geek and erp5_nerd has a same name view, and the view is removed from erp5_nerd, then the same name fields in another skin was wrongly removed, too.

If delivery is not simulated (PackingList.isDivergent() returns True in such a case), we cannot solve divergence anyway. This change should fix recent (random) failures of testImmobilisation.

The idea is that if catalog is up-to-date, the call in #2 will already return
and load from ZODB all descendants of self. We do not want in this case to
blindly/dumbly recurse over the descendants of self in step #3, loading them
again from ZODB.

We thus remember which objects we loaded in the Simulation Tree during #2 and
do not load them again in #3. Code complexity is higher, but this should make
step #3 virtually "free" when catalog is up-to-date.
