- Define after script list, before script list to be executed before/after bt5 installation.
  - Define a list of keep_original, to avoid remove/add unwanted objects when install a business template.

This is usefull to automate user actions during a upgrade, It is not recommentd use it to hack and provide behaviours that should be part of default business template installations. after/before script should be used only by projects that requires specific procedures.

Explicitely surcharge some skins in a specific skin folder (to follow http://www.erp5.org/Discussion/GuidelinesForFieldLibrary#Exception).

Remove skin_priority from erp5_dms as it now become useless.

* Resource_getPriceCalculationOperandDict must return base_unit_price even if price is not found. So the meaning of the default parameter has changed slightly - now it represents the default value of price instead of the default value of the returned result. This way is more backward compatible.

Without acquisition, restricted python seems not able to find authentication information, so Cache the script object using aq_base was raising Unauthorised (This is a partial revert to Revision 33676.).

 - getFilterDict return the filter dictionary as a dict (Instead a PersistentMapping), this allow devoloper manipulate it using Python Scripts at ZODB.

 - setFilterExpression allows set tales to a single filter, instead use edit to edit all.
