required or not. 
It is enabled by default.

Don't do too much in Base_callDialogMethod when using "update" button: don't switch to deferred more in update, and don't change the skin manually when the URL is too big to redirect.

can happen during conversions.
even if ODT => HTML is permitted,
conversion raise Unauthorized because it needs access to raw format.
This patch address this issue: inside convert no more checking are computed.
