erp5_mrp_quality_assurance: show 'already processed' msg for serial number already used for same VIN

First step towards a full checker for API completeness: add a way to configure
equality testers for local and remote properties. Each tester corresponds to a
property of the object and can be used for matching, checking and updating,
similar to configuration of simulation rules.

This can serve as a basis for an alarm checking that a list of expected
documents have been sent to the API, or to configure in detail which fields are
expected to be sent from a local object.

only support putFile

- Add validation state
- Use HTTPS as default
- Rename "URL" to "API URL"

`erp5_jio_connector` allows making requests to ERP5 APIs as defined
in the `erp5_api_style` BT5.

also remove cancel for other state just for case
