buildout-versions seems more well mantained and active.

Included buildout.dumppickedversions into extensions list for ERP5
stack. This extension helps during the release process to pin
versions before tag.

Enable it by default, is helpfull to increase the verbosity of tests.

Each project is able to extend the business template list require to
enable configurator tecnologies into the instance.

As same as ERP5, use flavour "configurator" will install configurator
business templates.

This change permit the small projects determinate their cluster
configuration without require to write new recipes.
