pm_runtime_get_sync will increment pm usage counter even it failed. Forgetting to putting operation will result in reference leak here. Fix it by replacing it with pm_runtime_resume_and_get to keep usage counter balanced. Reported-by:

The variable bit_per_pix is a u8 and is promoted in the multiplication to an int type and then sign extended to a u64. If the result of the int multiplication is greater than 0x7fffffff then the upper 32 bits will be set to 1 as a result of the sign extension.
