- Include bt5 dependencies for now, as current code is not yet capable of
 handle dependencies automatically for the Unit Tests

 - Promises were renamed after move to vifib_configurator
 - Added new promise to configure accounting Plan

This promise make sure an accounting plan is present for the current year.

 - PAS alarm was splited in 2: essential one (Machine, CP...) and facebook/google/browserID one
