in Python 2, _aq_dynamic() returns None without try..except but it raises ValueError in Python 3.

fixup! py3: DCWorkflow is python2-only so make ERP5Site creation work on Python3 WITH_LEGACY_WORKFLOW=False.

StateChangeInfoPatch is still requred for WITH_LEGACY_WORKFLOW=False on zope4py3 with DCWorkflow 2.4.
