* Add a jump to related supply lines. For now, jump only to lines but not cells, because views of cells are mostly nonsense, and their parents should have relations to the same resource anyway.

Honestly, the reason is mainly because each line created will call self.getParentValue().recursiveReindexObject() which becomes incredibly slow when the balance transaction have more than REINDEX_SPLIT_COUNT sub objects.

After discussion with Jerome and Julien it was figured out that externals
are generally bad. And buildout bootstrap will be only in one place which
makes it easier to update manually in controlled way from time to time.
Moreover buildout has ability to autoupdate itself.

* Deprecate usage of "quantity" float field in quantity_unit category
* Introduce Quantity Unit Conversion Module instead for this behavior:
     Quantity Unit Conversion Definitions can be used to define site-wide
     quantity_units
* Let Resources define their own children Definitions:
     - adds a new tab in Product view
     - the definitions defined at a Resource level override the "global"
       definitions made in the Units Module

* Definitions are indexed in a special catalog table, similarly to Measures.
* Add an interaction workflow to take care of two reindexation needs:
   - when a local (resource-level) Definition is modified/created, the Product
     itself needs to be reindexed. This step is quite similar to
     measure_interaction_workflow
   - when a global (site-wide) Definition is modified, all Products need
     reindexing.

* SimulationTool API was cleaned up and unified.
   - getConvertedInventoryList is deprecated
   - quantity_unit and metric_type parameters are added to getInventory

* testResource is updated to use Unit Definitions instead of quantity fields
  of quantity_unit's

Solver Decision's configuration action uses always the same URL. all dynamic part should be included by FormBox, that will be also used in solver decision fast input UI.

This script returns no data about accessed objects, and does no modification
on them, so it should be perfectly safe to add such proxy role.

This fixes cases where a user accesses a bank account of another agency
(this can happen for operation imports at country scale).

It is safe to set a Manager proxy role on this script as it is called on
the only accessed document, so security checks were already done (or
bypassed) upon fetching our context.
