Fix SuSE detection.
SuSE-release was deprecated and missing in new distributions in favor of os-release.
This only fixes the detection of SUSE, but it does not make the script work in SUSE. I added WIP so that it is not accidentally merged without discussing if the changes are ok, as I am not familiar with Bash nor with this particular code.
