  • It looks strange to suggest that a value below 1024 is acceptable. And any value starting from 32768 is generally a bad idea, because the OS may use them for applications that bind to any port (32768-61000 on Linux, 49152-65535 recommended by IANA): when partitions have their own ips, this should not be an issue.

    I wonder if there are legitimate cases for needing a value outside 1024-32767. Without a clear answer, we could assume that the user knows what he does and keep 1-65535.

    Anyway, we must be consistent with other schemas and use #/definitions/tcpv4port like elsewhere.
