demo_zbigarray: Fix it for Python3

Wendelin.core already supports Python3 relatively well, but,
that is invoked only manually, was missing compatibility bits for xrange:

    (neo) (py3.venv) (g.env) kirr@deca:~/src/neo/src/$ ./demo/ gen 1.fs
    I: RAM: 15.29GB
    I: WORK: 30.57GB
    gen signal t=0...4.10e+09 float64 (= 30.57GB)
