liblibgolang from pygolang is used in wendelin and because of a current
limitation of setuptools_dso we don't have rpath on libraries for python
extensions linked with pygolang, but at runtime we import pygolang before and
there's no issue at runtime.

This can be useful for scenarios where shared objects are dynamically loaded at
runtime, after having pre-loaded dynamically some shared objects they depend on.

This enables calling `slapos node format` from the command line.

The configuration is updated every time `StandaloneSlapOS.format()`
is called so that subsequent calls to `slapos node format` produce
the same output.

In the future, `StandaloneSlapOS.format()` could be adapted to call
`slapos node format` directly.

Running slapformat creates a `.slapos-resource` file in each partition.
Running slapgrid emits a warning if a free partition dir is not empty.

With this commit, slapgrid only emits a warning if a free partition
contains entries other than the slapformat dump file.

Optimize the query execution time.

   It isn't possible to pay on payzen zero amount invoices, so just update payment_mode to skip the payment from the search (to prevent bloat activities by relaunching activities that will never change the state of the object).

   Since an Support Request is updated by moving an Item to a project/organisation, its related Events should have their security updated too.

    This is required mostly to be able to edit parameters on the Hosting Subscription shared by others users.

    This feature, also allow us list "Project Members" in futures, to know it the invitations were used by proper users.

   Ensure that the user has proper Security once new assignments are created.

- test_process_in_progress_disk_usage: check that the function update_folder_size() doesn't start if the process "du" is still in progress.
- test_time_cycle: check that the parameter time_cycle is respected.

This option applies only the processing of partitions as in:
  `slapos node instance --force-stop`

This option affects how `started` partition are processed:
- buildout is processed normally
- the services are stopped instead of started
- no promises are run
- no report is sent to master
