Instace part of buildout is reusing software part, but without using buildout
mechanism. Thanks to this it is possible to separate software and data in
clean way.

CodingStyleTestCase abstract base class implements testing of coding style methods. testERP5WebCodingStyle is an example of test which uses CodingStyleTestCase.

* list.pop() the unwanted items from object_id_split
* store explicitely int-converted coordinates while parsing the object_id:
  - we do not have to reconvert those later
  - we dont have to carry around len(object_id_split) and do potentially
    error-prone indice-related operations later on

_objects member BaseTemplateItem class is a PersistentMapping object, which
contains a _dict_ of persistent objects. In some cases, this dict remained in
memory, preventing pickle cache to remove objects with temporary classes.
