add variation category type to salary range. This permit to select salary_range base category in Service Variation preference (in PDM tab).

update copyright and add a new property : preferred_payroll_resource_use_category usefull do defined wich services ares used in payroll.
(in this way it's possible to set a filter in payroll and display only services we need in payroll)
remove old property preferred_payroll_service_variation_base_category wich is useless now : service variation can be defined in PDM System preferences

if no organisation mapping is defined and more than one organisation exists for the current group, use the currency from any of them, they should be consistent (otherwise, a report at this level of group will show mixed currencies anyway)

* Remove links to cancel or invoke activities from manageActivities. It was too dangerous and requires too much work to fix.
* Fix display of args column. Use html_quote to display activity_kw, agrs & kw columns.

remove code. It could be nice to have many business_path with the same trade_phase. This means that many lines could be resulting of one model line. This behaviour can be usefull.

In the future, testNewPayroll will replace testPayroll, but for now, old tests that are not yet rewrited for new payroll are kept as a reminder.
