software/ors-amarisoft: Send xlog with fluentbit 

Forward enb.xlog to another fluentd or fluentbit server using fluentd's
forward protocol.

Currently, TLS is enabled and a pre-shared secret key is used for
authentication, but certificate verification is disabled.
