The stackup is properly done for Megtron 6. Include all improvements
from typeA_v4.5.

 * Fix Polygon location in power supply part, change the layer of certain power tracks
 * Fix Mosfet components info in BOM
 * Add HighIsolation rules to power input track
 * Rename board to typeA_v4.5

Add R52x and R53x to B28 to pull down LNA TQL9093 shutdown pin.

Add 2 more variations : FDDB28 for band 28, DEVBOARD for test purpose.

Variation DEVBOARD has no PA, we have a MCX connector for TX just after
the pre ampli, and a MCX connector for RX before the preampli.

Variation FDDB28 is for band 28 in FDD, this variation has no duplexer
on the PCB but has a MCX connector after the PA for TX and a MCX
connector for RX. The duplexer will be added outside the PCB.

1. Suppress U7x,U7xb (old RF switch) totally on PCB.
2. Split Pwr_1 Schematic into Pwr_1 and Pwr_2 to fit A4 format.
3. Add C40x and C40xb to split Net between filter F3B38 and F4B4243.

Improve Gerber files and BOM.
