Implement runUnitTest and runTestSuite provisioning for cloudooo

Include runTestSuite and runUnitTest on the instance for permit
developers and testnode run cloudooo tests at the partition.

This commit also includes minimal modifications for make convert,
pdftotext and others utilities to cloudooo.
