Widgets code is now included in <textarea> which auto selects on focus
(issue #161).

Now template based share more code with standard translations, providing
more consistent behaviour (issue #164).

Otherwise mails are lost with default setup (treated as spam or not
received by most MTAs).

Also now provide URLs which look like an image (ending with .png)
(issue #162).
