This implements current Microsoft Translator API (issue #206).

They don't seem to work in the py file itself and now there is another
place where this causes false positive (base class for machine
translations).

This can be used to push changes upstream on commandline.

This really does not have to be abstract method as overriding
is_supported removes need for it.
